Gloria Q. Zhao, C.P.A.
PRINCIPAL

Gloria Zhao joined George Johnson & Company in January 2002 as a Staff Accountant after having served as a Senior Cost Accountant for The Coca-Cola Company. She became a Senior Accountant in July 2003, Managing Senior in July 2004, and Manager in July 2005. Gloria was promoted to Senior Manager in September 2006 and has been a Principal since June 2007.

As a Principal, Gloria is responsible for managing all facets of audits, reviews, and compilations for the Firm’s major clients. This includes scheduling and supervising audits of employee benefit plans, private foundations, and non-profits, including audits in compliance with Government Auditing Standards and the provisions of OMB Circular A-133. Gloria also serves as the Firm’s Certified Fraud Examiner.

Gloria received her B.S. and M.S.A. in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association of Fraud Examiners.
